What Thailand Smile Is
Independent coordination for dental treatment at accredited Thai clinics
Thailand Smile is an independent dental travel coordination service based in Bangkok. We connect international patients with accredited dental hospitals and clinics across Thailand for implants, veneers, crowns and full mouth work, and we manage the practical side of the journey from your first enquiry through to your check up back home.
We are not a clinic and we do not perform dental work. Every treatment arranged through this site is carried out by a qualified dentist at a licensed facility, and every clinical decision is made between you and the dentist who assesses you. Our job is everything around that, and because we sit outside the clinics we can compare them honestly and tell you when one is not the right fit.

Who We Are
The Management Team Behind Thailand Smile
Every case at Thailand Smile is overseen by the two of us. I am Nick Peplow, the founder and lead coordinator, and Bea Siriwat is our operations manager, looking after clinic partnerships and quality standards. We lead a small Bangkok based team, so there is no call centre and your case is never passed around a sales desk.
Having lived and worked in Thailand for over a decade, we have built relationships with leading dental hospitals and clinics across Bangkok. So when a quote is slow or a booking needs to move, we deal with the clinic directly. And neither of us is a dentist, which is deliberate. Your clinical questions belong with the dentist who examines you. Everything around that is our job.
After years of helping international patients navigate Thailand's healthcare system, we saw how confusing choosing the right clinic for dental work abroad can be. Thailand Smile was created to provide independent guidance, so patients can compare accredited clinics without pressure.

Before you commit, we arrange a video consultation so you can ask questions and hear the treatment plan first hand. The dentist confirms what work is suitable, and that decision always sits with the clinic, never with us.
We Arrange the Trip
Dates, appointments, visa and a hotel near your clinic.
Once you are happy, we coordinate your dates, the appointment schedule, visa paperwork if you need it, and a hotel near the clinic. While you are in Thailand we stay in touch through your treatment and check ups.
Aftercare From Anywhere
Your direct line to your dental team after you fly home.
After you fly home, we remain the bridge between you and your dental team. If anything concerns you during recovery, we get your questions and photos in front of your dentist and chase the answer.

Clinics pay us a coordination fee when a patient books treatment, the same way hotels pay a booking site. You always pay the clinic directly.
You Pay the Clinic Directly
Your quote comes from the clinic in writing. We add no markup and we never handle your treatment money.
The Fee Never Steers Us
Some clinics pay more than others, and it makes no difference. We match you to the dentist who fits your case.
No Pressure, Ever
If the dentist says the work is not right for you, or you simply change your mind, that is the end of it.
How We Keep This Site Accurate
Treatment pages are researched and written in house, then checked against published clinical sources before they go live. Prices are the clinics' own indicative figures, and nothing here is written as medical advice. If you spot something out of date, email us and we will put it right. Thai MoPH Licensed
Each facility is licensed and audited by Thailand's Ministry of Public Health.
Thai Dental Council
Treatment is carried out by dentists registered with the Thai Dental Council, with training in implant and cosmetic dentistry.
Visited in Person
